Senior Cloud Architect / Chief Engineer 

Description: Blue Sky is seeking a Senior Cloud Architect / Chief Engineer whose primary function will be to work supporting Department of Defense (DOD), Headquarters United States Air Force, and MTSI Operations. The position will provide direct cloud engineering support to the Air Force acquisition community throughout the system development lifecycle (SDLC). Location - Lorton, VA Provide cybersecurity and architecture expertise for a modern cloud computing environment. Build new cloud-based environments for DoD cloud initiatives. Guide legacy systems migration to a modern platform and assisting with the adoption Design enterprise and systems security throughout the development life cycle; translate technology and environmental conditions into security designs and processes. Design and develop security requirements that mitigates risk while maintaining operational capability. Verify architecture against program requirements and goals. This includes participating in technical discussions, trade studies and working groups, and conducting research on industry best practices for potential implementation. Cyber Security Expert

Description: Blue Sky Innovators is seeking a Cyber Security Expert to join our highly experienced and qualified team. The qualified candidate must have a technical background of some depth related to cyber technologies, hardware and/or software. Preferred candidate should have experience supporting DoD research programs and related stakeholders. This position requires a Top Secret security clearance at minimum and the candidate must be SCI eligible. Work is performed 100% on-site full-time in Arlington, VA (no regular telework or remote work).

Description: Blue Sky Innovators is seeking a Business Financial Manager (BFM) to join our highly experienced and qualified team. The qualified candidate will perform financial support to the Program Managers at a DoD Scientific Research & Engineering agency in accordance with DoD Financial Management Regulation guidelines, Comptroller, and DoD policies and procedures. Cloud Senior Information Systems Security Engineer

Description: As a Cloud Senior Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) you will perform serve as the Program Office’s information security professional responsible for managing all aspects of an organization's information security system, including researching, testing, training, and implementing programs designed to safeguard sensitive information from possible compromise. The ISSE works with System Engineering teams to incorporate cyber resiliency objectives, techniques, and design principles into all system engineering and development efforts throughout the systems development life cycle (SDLC). Description: The goal of this work is to design, build and test methods by which a telescope, comprising a reflective liquid primary surface held in a light-focusing shape, may be compelled to maintain that shape even if tilted out-of-plane. These mirrors will be tiltable, scalable, damage-resilient, suitable for both space and ground telescope applications, and in monolithic and segmented designs that require no motion to operate. Description: We are seeking an Technical SETA with experience in coordinating and executing ground testing, high-temperature testing and materials characterization techniques for a position supporting DARPA. Budget & Financial Manager, Top Secret Clearance

Required Qualifications: • TS/SCI Clearance • Extensive acquisition & contract management experience, specifically monitoring program execution and integration of complex programs and systems • Relevant experience as a subject matter expert in developing reviewing and coordinating acquisition documentation such as Statement of Work [SOWs], Request for Proposal [RFPs], and tech evaluations; mission integration; operations analysis and support; logistics, maintenance, and personnel support; and government program office support. • At least 8+ years’ experience supporting major national security programs and 3+ years of project management experience. • Special Access Program experience is highly desired. • Familiarity with Navy and Air Force operations strongly desired. • Bachelor's Degree
