Company Paid Insurance
We offer several different options for medical, dental, and health insurance, and for most options cover the entirety of the employee portion of the premium. There is no waiting period on the heath coverage. The benefits are available to you day 1 and we also provide a full short-term disability insurance plan for all employees.

Your eligible day 1 with automatic 5% company contributions to your retirement account, regardless of your own contribution amount. And your funds will grow faster than elsewhere, due to our provider's lack of account-holder fees and extremely low expense ratios. The company's 5% 401K contribution is vested immediately so It doesn’t matter how long you’re with BSI, it’s your money immediately. |

Safe & Flexible Work Sites
Our contracts include locations in the Washington Capital Region (DC), Los Angeles (CA), Dayton (OH), Colorado Springs (CO), and Honolulu (HI). With the continued risk of COVID-19, we and our customers are doing everything we can to foster a safe work environment. Almost all of our contracts currently allow full-time telework arrangements and have robust plans for returning to offices when it's safe.
