Senior Program Management Support
​Location: Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area

Seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide on-site leadership for a USAF-focused team and serve as the liaison between acquisition and planning teams and the customer.  In this role you will be responsible for cost, schedule, and mission execution to meet customer capability as well as performance requirements and timelines.  
 
Qualifications of an ideal candidate include: 
  • Demonstrates full project life-cycle ownership to include Program Management, Acquisition Management, Engineering, Configuration/Data Management, and IT capabilities to execute effective and responsive integrated program management of research, development, test, evaluation, production, modernization and lifecycle acquisition and sustainment activities.  
  • Ability to identify technical and business resources required for program execution.  
  • Review status of projects and budgets, manage schedules, and prepare reports to keep stakeholders informed of progress and any challenges or issues identified. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and develop creative and analytical resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives. 
  • Understands interdependence between technology, operations, and business needs. 
  • Supports program milestone planning and preparation and manages strategic scheduling planning documentation, such as Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). 
  • Provides regular guidance to project teams demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence.  
 
Requirements:
  • Must possess current TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance 
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of project or program management related to the listed qualifications above. DoD experience preferred. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred) and Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or an equivalent certification preferred

Program Management Support
Location: Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area

Seeking a professional and experienced Program/Project Management Support to join our USAF-focused support team.  In this role you will be working in a fast-paced environment in the organization and planning of program/project activities as required by the client.  
 
Qualifications of an ideal candidate include: 
  • Ability to accomplish technical work related to program management to include planning, organizing, and presenting assessments of program/project management concepts, analyses, studies and procedures.   
  • Ability to assist with configuration control and the review and data analysis, assessments, and associated documentation.   
  • Support development of senior and executive level briefings as well as scheduling and coordinating acquisition documents, reports, and briefings with Government stakeholders.

Senior Systems Engineer
Location: Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area

Seeking an experienced Systems Engineer with technical experience in the analysis and establishment of DoD system information requirements and design specifications using methodologies for the development of prototype and/or large-scale software-based information processing systems.   
 
Qualifications of an ideal candidate include: 
  • Extensive experience in designing system architectures to optimally support the total system requirements of the customer.   
  • Possesses thorough knowledge of computer systems, computer hardware, high-level software languages, and database management systems.   
  • Ability to analyze system information requirements and design specifications, designsystem architectures, analyze and develop corrective actions for problems of workloads, organization, and planning, prepare required system documentation including project plans, interface documents, program level and user level documentation, enhance system design to improve performance and better satisfy customer requirements, and providing supervision, training, and quality assurance/quality control to subordinates and teammates.   
  • Proficient with systems management tools and have current knowledge of technology offerings and product capabilities.  Knowledge and experience working with government life-cycle configuration management.

Systems Engineer
Location: Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area

Seeking a Systems Engineer with experience in employing systems engineering methods and tools in the development of systems.  In this role you will be responsible for system requirements, design, documentation, risks, quality, documenting engineering artifacts, contract artifacts, requirements traceability, and manuals. 
 
Qualifications of an ideal candidate include: 
  • Demonstrates programmatic or technical knowledge in identifying, formulating, designing and/or testing practical solutions to engineering problems and an ability to guide the engineering development of modern complex DoD systems    
  • Ability to accomplish functional and empirical analysis related to the design, development, and implementation of hardware and software operating systems for the organization’s products.   
  • Ability to interact with system users to translate requirements into systems, hardware, and software requirements and design and participate in the development of test strategies.

Flight/Space Systems Technical Expert
Location: Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area

Seeking qualified candidates that can be responsible for monitoring and controlling various avionic systems while exercising extensive mechanical and technical knowledge of military aircraft/space systems and performance.   
 
Qualifications of an ideal candidate include: 
  • Possesses in-depth understanding of the electrical and mechanical systems of various military aircraft/space systems in addition to regulatory standards and military flight/orbital system specifications and requirements.  
  • Demonstrates ability to provide clear and accurate system engineering documentation including operating and maintenance procedures to implement the engineering solutions.   
  • Assists in diagnosing and troubleshooting repairs and malfunctions; guides and supervises engineering staff in aircraft/satellite repairs/maintenance activities.   
  • Ability to work closely with manufacturers, maintenance representatives, engineering departments and regulatory personnel to effectively carry out flight system updates and modifications.   
  • Ability to provide technical support and guidance in air/space operations, perform technical risk assessments of aircraft/space system design, and assist in the preparation of risk mitigation plans and activities.   
  • Supports all levels of requirements development and verification and ensures configuration control using modern database tools to manage configuration and traceability, and interface with modeling tools to verify system configuration and operation.

Software Development Technical Expert
​Location: Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area

Seeking software development expert to provide systems analysis and control support and apply technical expertise to assess emerging technology standards and advancements to develop design solutions in compliance with DoD mission requirements.   
 
Qualifications of an ideal candidate include: 
  • Demonstrates knowledge and experience with software coding processes and tools, hardware/software integration and test experience in mission system subsystem and system-level labs, and on-aircraft flight testing; experience categorizing, tracking, and resolving software problems at all levels of development and integration and system integration planning.   
  • Understands Agile software development framework and methodologies; develops and reviews software source code written in common commercial programming and scripting languages, including but not limited to: C, C++, Java, JavaScript, Python, PowerShell and PHP.   
  • Ability to provide assistance in the preparation and development of requirements definitions, preliminary planning and the evaluation of alternative technical approaches and costs.   
  • Provides systems analysis and control support, including trade off studies, architecture and infrastructure simplification, software/hardware integration and consolidation, effectiveness analysis, risk management, configuration management, interface management, data management, and performance measurement.

Avionics Engineer
Location: Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area
​
Seeking experienced avionics engineer responsible for establishing technical programs and managing all day-to-day technical issues for the aircraft in the areas of avionics and associated electrical systems.  Role involves research to solve development challenges and problems associated with aviation, such as instrument landing systems and other safety instruments for aircraft or space systems.  You will serve as the primary point of contact on technical issues relating to military avionics and aircraft electrical systems, along with the establishment of procedures for coordinating and resolving technical issues with vendors and the client.   

Qualifications of an ideal candidate include: 
  • Demonstrated responsibility for successful execution of required lab and flight testing, as well as training and development of new talent in capability areas.  
  • Ability to support technical planning and execution of test procedure development, lab coordination, test execution and verification of avionics functions and capabilities on various aircraft platforms.   
  • Proven experience with laboratory System Integration testing and Avionics Integration flight testing of avionics capabilities, to include: Communication, Navigation and Identification, Data Link, Radar/Sensors, Stores/Weapons, Displays, and Mission Computer systems.   
  • Understanding of offensive and defensive avionics systems and their application to mission employment; integration of sensors, communications, displays, processing, and navigation hardware and software components into an aircraft avionics system; integration of avionics systems into aircraft systems; integration of avionics systems into low observable aircraft and associated flight testing.

Senior Intelligence Analyst
Location: Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area

Seeking a seasoned and qualified analyst whose duties will include developing, coordinating, and conducting all-source research and analysis to produce finished intelligence products for consumption by DoD headquarters officials, field and experts, and US IC

Intelligence Analyst
Location: Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area

​Seeking a qualified analyst to perform advanced-level analytical tasks with minimal oversight.  Expected to collaborate with government and contractor personnel in the performance of services.  Such collaboration should provide accurate technical information that contributes to synergized analysis that is better than the sum of individual parts.

IT / Assurance Specialist

Principal Engineer

Business Financial Manager
Location: Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area

Responsibilities:
  • Formulating program acquisition strategy and making sound recommendations to the Program Manager based upon a thorough knowledge of all business issues related to the program(s).
  • The candidate shall have a thorough understanding regarding the procedures, processes, and handling of sensitive or classified procurement guidance documents within the Agency.
  • Preparing funding documentation and procurement packages for DARPA performer contracts resulting from Broad Agency Announcements (BAAs) and other solicitations.

Responsibilities:
  • Make significant contributions across a range of technical areas by identifying, analyzing, and developing novel technologies and methodologies for current and new program development
